Workplace Learning: “Implementing Innovative Teaching Tools in Lessons”

Within the framework of workplace learning (WPL) at Secondary SchoolNo. 9 named after R. Sanatbaev, conducted by Associate Professor A.A. Kalmurzaeva, a round table was held on the topic “Implementing Innovative Teaching Tools in Russian Language Lessons.” The event was aimed at developing students’ professional and methodological competencies, forming practical skills in using modern educational technologies, and improving the quality of the learning process.

The work was organized in several stages: 1. Preparation of reports. Students prepared thematic reports on the use of innovative teaching tools, their role in activating students’ cognitive activity, and enhancing lesson effectiveness. 2. Preparation of presentations. Participants created presentations demonstrating modern educational technologies, digital resources, interactive methods, and examples of their practical application in lessons. 3. Conducting the round table. Students presented their work, discussed materials, and exchanged ideas and suggestions on implementing innovative teaching tools. The discussion was active and constructive, contributing to a deeper understanding of the topic. 4. Analysis of the event. Following the round table, results were summarized, the most informative presentations were highlighted, and conclusions were drawn regarding the importance of using innovative technologies in modern educational practice.

The event demonstrated that such forms of workplace learning contribute to the development of students’ professional thinking, the improvement of methodological skills, the formation of a creative approach to lesson planning, and the overall enhancement of future teachers’ training quality.
