The Business Support and Development Center (Business Incubator) was approved by protocol No. 11 of Scientists' Council of JASU named after B.Osmonov on June 30, 2022, and on the basis of the rector's order No.187 was opened on June 30, 2022. On 26 August 2022, Ph.D. of Political Sciences, Associate professor Alymkulov Begizhan Nomanzhanovich was appointed as director of the Business Support and Development Center (Business Incubator) by the rector's order No.362/1 from 25.08.2022. A business incubator is a set of means and measures to support and assist students, faculty members in organizing and developing their business activities and innovative ideas. An organization that supports business projects at all stages of development, from idea development to commercialization.

 The purpose of the business support and development center (Business Incubator):

- to organize the process of commercialization of innovative and entrepreneurial ideas of students and teaching staff, as well as to prepare specialists for the realities of the market economy and for the requirements of business activity.

 The main tasks of the Business Support and Development Center (Business Incubator):

-To create conditions for the commercialization of scientific works of the students and teaching staff of JASU;

- To create of a business environment that establishes connections with businesses and accelerates innovative ideas of students and faculty from concept to implementation;

-To provide additional opportunities for students and teaching staff to participate in scientific research and experimental design work aimed at creating innovative products and new technologies;

- To involve students and faculty in the process of creating, developing and implementing products or technologies that require scientific research.
