Cooperation between Secondary School No. 4 and the Institute of Philology: Methodological Support for Student Trainees

On March 11, 2026, a methodological meeting with student trainees of the “Russian Language and Literature” program was held at Secondary School No. 4 in the city of Manas. D.T. Aiylchieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Russian Philology, conducted a consultation for G. Sataralieva, A. Erkinbekova, and Z. Mamatova, students of group RYaL-1-23 currently completing their professional basic teaching practice.

During the meeting, modern interactive teaching methods, the preparation and conduct of credit (assessment) lessons, and effective organization of the educational process were discussed. The students received valuable recommendations on the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, helping to improve lesson effectiveness and increase student engagement.

Special attention was given to observing the trainees’ practice: D.T. Aiylchieva visited and analyzed the lessons conducted by the students, highlighting their strengths and providing constructive suggestions for further development of their teaching skills.

The school methodologists highly appreciated the responsible attitude, initiative, and professional approach of G. Sataralieva, A. Erkinbekova, and Z. Mamatova, expressing gratitude for their diligent work.

Such meetings are particularly important for student trainees: they not only strengthen cooperation between the school and the university but also allow students to receive valuable methodological guidance, develop pedagogical skills, and confidently apply theoretical knowledge in real classroom practice.
