Meeting of the Department of Russian Philology with the Participation of the Institute Director

Today, on December 2, 2025, the Director of the Philological Institute, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor Ch. A. Asylbekova, took part in the meeting of the department. In her address, she emphasized the importance of systematic monitoring of students’ attendance at academic classes. It was highlighted that regular attendance is one of the key criteria for admission to modular assessments and has a direct impact on the quality of mastering educational programs.

The Director also drew the attention of the teaching staff to the necessity of actively using visual aids, digital resources, and methodological materials during classes, noting that such practices contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of the learning process and improving students’ comprehension.

In addition, it was reported that the administration is currently carrying out inspections regarding student attendance and academic discipline. In this regard, teachers are advised to promptly record attendance data, strengthen the monitoring of student activity, and ensure accurate accounting of academic achievements.

The meeting concluded with an emphasis on the fact that ensuring proper attendance and organizing a high-quality educational process is a shared responsibility of the faculty and an essential condition for maintaining a high level of education.
