On April 23, 2026, lecturers of the Department of German Language and Interfaculty Foreign Languages at the Institute of Philology — G.A. Myktarova, N.K. Bekieva, and N.A. Uraimova — organized career guidance events in secondary schools of the Bazar-Korgon and Nooken districts. The main goal of the event was to provide graduates with detailed information about opportunities for higher education, the advantages of language-related specialties, and the importance of making the right career choice. The meeting was held in an open format. The lecturers introduced students to the university’s academic process, student life, the department’s activities, and modern methods of foreign language learning. The pupils actively participated, asked questions, and received comprehensive answers. The event increased students’ interest in career choice and inspired them to make conscious decisions about their future. Such meetings contribute to shaping a conscious approach to career planning and a strong motivation for education among the younger generation. The department intends to continue its systematic career guidance activities in the future.
