Guest Lectures at the Modern International University

On March 12, 2026, senior lecturers of the Department of German Language and Interfaculty Foreign Languages of Jalal-Abad State University visited the Modern International University and conducted guest lectures with the aim of promoting academic mobility. The main goal of the event was to strengthen scientific and pedagogical cooperation between universities, exchange experiences, and enhance academic mobility. Within the framework of the guest lectures, the department’s lecturers presented interesting and informative topics:  Candidate of Philology, Acting Associate Professor Chyrashkan A. Asylbekova delivered a lecture titled “Verbal and Non-verbal Means of Communication,” highlighting the importance of linguistic and extralinguistic means of communication. Senior Lecturer Baktykan U. Moldobaeva conducted a lecture on “Articles in the German Language,” providing information about the usage of articles in German and their grammatical features. Senior Lecturer Nurkan K. Bekieva delivered a lecture on “Modal Verbs in German (Grammar),” explaining the significance of modal verbs and their use in sentences with practical examples.  The guest lectures were received with great interest by students and were conducted in a lively discussion and Q&A format. At the end of the event, the university leadership presented letters of appreciation to the lecturers. Such events contribute to strengthening cooperation between universities, improving the quality of education, and promoting academic mobility.
