“Meeting with Employer and Expert”

On November 20, 2025, the Department of German Language and Interfaculty Foreign Languages of the Philology Institute held a meeting titled “Discussion of the Educational Program with Employers.” The event was organized to strengthen cooperation between the department and employers, improve the educational program in accordance with labor market demands, and gather employers’ feedback and recommendations.

The meeting was attended by the specialist of the German language learning center “Deutsch Intensiv,” A.K. Madiyarova, the representative of Erste Schritte A. Bekmuratova, the Director of the Philology Institute, Candidate of Philological Sciences Ch.A. Asylbekova, as well as the teaching staff of the Department of German Language and Interfaculty Foreign Languages.

The head of the department, A.G. Esenova, presented a detailed introduction to the updated educational program and delivered a presentation for the employers. The participating employers shared their views on the requirements of their respective fields, the competencies needed, and the expected professional readiness of students. They also offered several important recommendations regarding the educational program. Their feedback became a valuable practical guideline for the department. In addition, the issue of graduate employment was discussed.

The event continued in the format of an open discussion, during which employers expressed their readiness for future cooperation.

The meeting was facilitated by the department’s career coordinator, lecturer N.T. Uraimova, who thanked the employers for their active participation.

The Philology Institute will continue to improve the quality of education through ongoing collaboration with employers.
