I never thought learning English could be so much fun!

     Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov hosted an Open House Day aimed at providing career guidance for applicants for the 2026-2027 academic year. The event turned into a true celebration of knowledge for high school graduates from both the city and surrounding districts.

    The Department of English Language and Literature of the Institute of Philology took an active part in this significant event with special preparation. The department's faculty offered students a unique opportunity to journey into the world of the English language.

      A special exhibition was organized on the university square, where the Department of English Language and Literature showcased its achievements, academic programs, and international partnerships. Various visual aids, creative displays, and student-led initiatives captured the visitors' attention.

     Following the fair, department instructors M. Toromamatova, A. Kerimberdieva, G. Joroeva, and G. Orozbaeva conducted English language master-classes for the prospective students. During these sessions, students engaged in various practical exercises through interactive methods, practicing the easiest and most engaging ways to learn the language.

    Throughout the event, students attempted to converse in English and received answers to their questions. Many graduates noted that the day provided them with great motivation:

"I really enjoyed today's master-class! I never thought learning English could be so much fun. After seeing the professionalism of the JASU instructors, I decided to pursue my education here," shared one of the graduates.
