THE IMPORTANCE OF INSTRUCTOR–STUDENT PARTNERSHIP

     A meaningful and engaging guest lecture was organized at the Department of English Language and Literature of the Institute of Philology The guest speaker was Keneshbek Sainazarov, an education expert and Central Asia Peacebuilding Advisor at the international organization Search for Common Ground.

    The lecture topic: “The Secrets of Partnership between Instuctor and Student,” addressed one of the most актуal issues in modern education and attracted strong interest from participants. The speaker emphasized that trust, mutual understanding, and collaboration between teachers and students are key factors in improving the quality of education.

    The event was attended by faculty members of the Department of English Language and Literature, as well as students from groups FL-1-22 and FLc-2-22.  During the lecture, students actively participated, asked questions, and engaged in discussions, demonstrating the interactive and dynamic nature of the session.

    At the end of the lecture, the department staff and students expressed their sincere gratitude to Keneshbek Sainazarov, noting that his valuable insights and experience would greatly contribute to the future educational process.
