ON-THE-JOB TRAINING СONTINUES

The lecturer of the Department of English Language and Literature, Nyshanbai kyzy Baiyma, visited Secondary School No. 13 as part of the students’ professional basic practice and familiarized herself with the activities of the trainee students. During the practice, she attended the lessons conducted by the students and provided methodological guidance on organizing the teaching process and effectively interacting with pupils.In addition, a discussion was held with the students, during which recommendations were given on lesson planning, the use of modern teaching methods, and classroom management. Such support from the lecturer helps enrich the students’ pedagogical experience and strengthens their readiness for future professional activities.
