ON-THE-JOB TRAINING IS THE PREPARATION OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS FOR REAL WORKING CONDITIONS

     The teachers of the Department of English Language and Literature Institute of Philology A.D.Kerimberdieva, G.A.Orozbaeva and Ch.K.Abdykalykova visited secondary school No. 2 in Manas town and conducted on-the-job training with students of the 3rd year.

    During the on-the-job training, the students received advice on conducting classes, improving their skills, and solving work-related problems.

    On-the-job training is extremely beneficial for students and young professionals. Students apply the knowledge they acquired in school to practice, gaining a better understanding of their profession and simultaneously developing practical skills. Furthermore, they develop their experience and problem-solving skills in real-world work conditions. On-the-job training plays an important role in preparing for future work. In some cases, students who successfully complete the on-the-job training have the opportunity to find employment at the same institution.

    Thus, on-the-job training not only reinforces their knowledge but also creates excellent opportunities for students' professional development and future careers.
