WORK-BASED LEARNING WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP

     N.E. Arslanbekova, Associate Professor of the Department of English Language and Literature at the Institute of Philology and Candidate of Philological Sciences, visited secondary schools No. 1 and No. 9 in the city of Manas to conduct work-based learning sessions for students. This initiative was organized as part of the core professional internship program, aimed at integrating future specialists into the school environment.Key objectives of the work-based learning:Familiarizing students with their chosen profession,developing relevant skills essential for teaching activities,learning to interact with the school faculty and students.

     During the visit, N.E. Arslanbekova and the students attended classes conducted by school teachers and performed an in-depth pedagogical analysis. Such practical steps provide a significant foundation for bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world professional practice.
