ON-THE-JOB TRAINING AS PART OF A PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP

           Teachers from the Department of English Language and Literature at the Institute of Philology, A.D.Kerimberdieva, M.M.Toromamatova, and N.A.Tashieva, visited secondary schools No. 1, No. 7, No. 5, and No. 19 in Manas town and conducted on-the-job training during the professional basic internship.Professional internship is an important stage, allowing students to consolidate their theoretical knowledge and apply it in practice. On-the-job training helps students gain a deep understanding of working conditions in their field, gain experience, and lay a solid foundation for further professional development.

          During their internship, students are immersed in a real production environment. This allows them to observe everyday work processes and master the skills of using relevant technologies. Furthermore, they learn professional culture, discipline, and responsibility through direct contact with their internship supervisor. Tasks completed under the guidance of experienced professionals allow students to identify and improve their strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, on-the-job training is an integral part of professional training. It strengthens practical skills and paves the way for professional development.
