A conference was held to discuss the results of the adaptive teaching internship

On February 17, 2026, faculty from the Department of English Language and Literature at the Institute of Philology successfully held a conference to discuss the results of the adaptive teaching internship for second-year students. The main goal of the event was to analyze the students' experiences during the internship, assess their professional skills, and strengthen their readiness for future teaching careers. The conference was attended by internship supervisors, faculty, and students. In their reports, the students detailed their school and educational process, their methods of working with students, and their experience using modern teaching technologies. They also discussed the challenges encountered during the internship, their solutions, and the lessons learned.

The internship supervisors evaluated the students' performance and recognized their achievements in professional growth. Particular attention was paid to positive changes in the development of communication skills, lesson planning, and increased student engagement.

At the end of the conference, final recommendations were adopted and gratitude was expressed to the students who demonstrated excellent results. This event helped future teachers combine theoretical knowledge with practice, increasing their confidence in the profession.
