CHARITY EVENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE DEDICATED TO THE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

On December 3, in commemoration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, students of group ChTk-3-24 and the teacher A.A.Sopukulova from the Department of English Language and Literature of the Philology Institute at JAMU visited the Psychoneurological Social Residential Institution for Children in the town of Manas. As part of the charity initiative, the students handed over essential items, necessities, and a variety of gifts prepared in advance, bringing joy to the children. A festive program featuring songs, dances and interactive games was organized, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the institution’s residents.

The primary goal of the event was to provide support to children requiring special attention, while also fostering in students the values of humanism, kindness, charitable culture, and civic responsibility. The visit helped raise students’ awareness of the importance of participating in socially beneficial activities, contributing to their spiritual development and professional growth. The event was marked by sincere emotions, mutual support, and the joy of sharing goodwill.
