Meeting with stakeholders and experts: strengthening cooperation and improving the quality of education

Instuctors of the Department of English Language and Literature of the Institute of Philology held a meeting with stakeholders and experts in order to develop the quality of education in accordance with the requirements of the labor market.

During the meeting, the issue of updating the basic educational program in accordance with current professional requirements was discussed. The importance of practical skills and professional competencies in preparing students for the labor market was noted.

Employers made valuable suggestions on aligning the content of training with the needs of production, emphasizing the increasing importance of communication, critical thinking and language competencies in the modern labor environment. The meeting also made proposals for organizing guest lectures and educational projects in order to develop cooperation between the department's staff and employers.

Such meetings contribute to strengthening mutual understanding and cooperation between the teaching staff and employers, and providing quality education.
