COOPERATION BETWEEN STAKEHOLDERS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IS A KEY ELEMENT OF DUAL EDUCATION

Nowadays it has become important for educational system to meet the demands of labor market. We must train students not only in theoretical form but also in practice is an urgent necessity. Dual training is widely used for this purpose. Dual training is a form of training based oncooperation between stakeholders and educational institutions in educational process. Its main goal is to form students’ professional skills in the workplace. For this purpose teachers from the English language and literature department A.D.Kerimberdieva, M.M.Toromamatova, and N.A.Tashieva visited schools № 4 and №27 in Manas town and the innovative school of Jalal-Abad State University and conducted dual training.
