Collaboration Between JASU and OshSU Lecturers Reaches a New Level

On October 28, 2025, the Department of Automated Control Systems (ACS) of the Agrarian-Technical Institute named after B. Osmonov at Jalal-Abad State University (JASU), together with the Department of ISP of the Institute of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, and Information Technologies at Osh State University (OshSU), organized a mutual exchange event within the framework of the Scientific Month and under the Internal Academic Mobility Program.

As part of this event, nine lecturers from OshSU visited the ACS Department and conducted both practical and theoretical classes for students. Each visiting lecturer presented current topics in their professional field, held lectures and master classes, and contributed to deepening students’ knowledge and enhancing their scientific interest.

A special highlight of the event was the guest lecture delivered by Assoc. Prof. Aybek Toktorbaev, Head of the ISP Department at OshSU, on the topic “The Difference Between LaTeX and Other Text Editors.” The lecture covered modern methods of formatting scientific papers, the advantages of the LaTeX system, and its practical applications.

The event was held at the initiative of Assoc. Prof. Saparbek Mazhitovich Ajykulov, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences, Head of the ACS Department, with the active organizational support of the department’s academic staff.

At the conclusion of the meeting, representatives of both universities agreed to further strengthen cooperation, implement joint scientific projects, and expand student academic mobility.
