The Department of English Language and Literature is home to modern and ambitious students who strive for multifaceted development
A bright example is Mamatkulova Marina Maksatbekovna, a student of the group FLc-1-21. Alongside her primary studies, Marina successfully completed courses at the Confucius Institute and proved her high level of Chinese language proficiency by passing the HSK 4 exam. Due to her outstanding achievements, she completed an internship at Northwest University in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, PRC, during the fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. Throughout her studies, Marina significantly deepened her knowledge, gained invaluable international experience, and fully realized her academic potential.
Students of the group FL-1-23, Turdalieva V., Altybaeva A., and Apsalamova M., have successfully completed their studies under the academic mobility program at the Faculty of Intercultural Communications, Institute of Philology, Osh State University (OshSU). During the mobility period, the students demonstrated a keen interest in the educational process, actively participating in classes under the guidance of experienced instructors and professors. Upon completion of the program, the students were awarded certificates of achievement. This experience allowed them not only to deepen their knowledge in the field of philology but also to exchange academic insights within a new educational environment.
Baigazieva Gulsana, a student of the group FLc-3-24, participated in the large-scale forum "Time to Act," organized by the Association of Eurasian Leaders on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul. For her initiative and active engagement, Gulsana was awarded an honorary certificate. We are proud of our students' successes and wish Gulsana continued victories and new achievements!
Muminova Aisha Bakhodyr kyzy, a student of the group FL-1-23, won 1st place in the "English Language (Prof.)" at the XII Regional Interuniversity Student Olympiad, held at the B. Sydykov Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University.Academic advisor- Arslanbekova N.E.
Ikramova Mushtari, a student of the group FL-3-23, demonstrated outstanding results in the "Health-2025" inter-faculty sports competition held among the institutes and colleges of our university.
In the Toguz Korgool national game competition, Mushtari showcased high skill and strategic thinking, securing a prestigious 1st place.
Students of the group FLc-2-24 took an active part in the university-wide competition of innovative projects, "Startup." Following the defense of their ideas and developments, the team demonstrated a high level of preparation and creativity, securing a prestigious 3rd place. The group supervisor is N. Tashieva.
