CAREER GUIDANCE ACTIVITIES GAIN MOMENTUM

On April 10, 2026, as part of career guidance efforts for school graduates in the Chatkal District, M. N. Nurmatova – Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Acting Associate Professor, and representative of the Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling at the E. Umetov Pedagogical Institute of the Scientific-Educational Production Complex “Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov” – held a meeting with 10th–11th grade students of A. Chymkanaev Secondary School in the Terek-Sai rural municipality. During the event, the following information was presented: • Prospects, features, and advantages of the 550200 “Physics and Mathematics Education” program; • A detailed overview of the department’s activities, including information about its official website, academic staff, scientific achievements, and distinguished graduates; • Procedures for taking trial tests in preparation for the National Scholarship Test, as well as specific admission requirements for university enrollment. At the end of the meeting, specially prepared informational booklets were distributed to the students, and comprehensive answers were provided to their questions regarding the choice of future profession and field of study.
