ENHANCING PRACTICAL TRAINING: A MEETING WITH EMPLOYERS WAS HELD

At the Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling of the Pedagogical Institute named after E. Umetov, part of the scientific, educational and production complex “Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov,” the working programs of internships (adaptation-pedagogical, professional-basic, and professional-profile) included in the practical training block of the curriculum for the 550200 – Physics and Mathematics Education program, Mathematics profile, were discussed with the participation of employers. During the meeting, Senior Lecturer M. Nurmatova presented detailed information on the structure and content of the working programs. The presentation covered the objectives and tasks of the internships, the phased distribution of students’ activities, the roadmaps for students, university methodologists and school mentors, as well as the workplace-based training plan. The event was attended by school principals from the city of Manas, as well as from Suzak and Nooken districts – M. Toktosunov, A. Satykulov, Z. Alibaev, G. Arzieva, Z. Tolobaeva, and A. Zholoev. The participants exchanged views on the proposed programs. As a result of the discussion, the working programs were approved. It was emphasized that internships play a crucial role in training future specialists and are essential for the development of their professional competencies.
