FINAL CONFERENCE ON PROFESSIONAL BASIC PRACTICE HELD

On March 17, 2026, a final conference on professional basic practice was held at the Pedagogical Institute named after E. Umetov of the Scientific-Educational Production Complex “Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov” for 3rd-year students of the 550200 “Physics and Mathematics Education” program (major: Mathematics). Students of group FMЕ(M)-1-23 completed their professional practice from February 2 to March 7, 2026, in their assigned schools. During the conference, they delivered detailed presentations on the work accomplished, newly acquired teaching methods, and the implementation of each stage in accordance with the “roadmap”. As a result of the practice, students presented reports on the activities carried out under the roadmap, the effectiveness of the lessons conducted, and the pedagogical experience they gained. The conference was attended by N. S. Zholdoshalieva, Chief Specialist of the Department of Career Development and Organization of Industrial Practice. In her speech, she highlighted the positive outcomes of the practice, pointed out certain shortcomings to be considered in the future, and emphasized the importance of accuracy and quality in preparing presentation materials. Practice supervisors from the department and methodologist instructors assessed the level of students’ professional competency development and shared their methodological recommendations. The event organizer, Senior Lecturer M. Nurmatova, noted that this practice was an important step in integrating students’ theoretical knowledge with practical activity. The conference was accompanied by discussions in a “question-and-answer” format, and students’ work was evaluated based on established criteria.
