INTEGRATION OF SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY: NEW HORIZONS OPEN FOR STUDENTS

On March 12, 2026, a motivational seminar titled “Build Your Future Now” was held at Secondary School No. 18 “Manas-1000” in the city of Manas. The event was aimed at supporting students in their professional self-determination and encouraging their personal growth. The seminar was organized within the framework of the cooperation plan between the Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling of the Scientific-Educational Production Complex “Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov” and the partner (base) school. The main goal of the seminar was to introduce graduating students to modern educational opportunities and to demonstrate possible pathways to success. A distinctive feature of the seminar was that each speaker was a student who had already achieved real success in their field. They shared valuable information and inspired the school students in several directions: A. Arzibekova, the leader of a student startup project and an implementer of business ideas, spoke in detail about the opportunities created for young people. Using her own experience as an example, she demonstrated how university business incubators help transform an idea into a real business. A. Tamchieva and K. Asanbay kyzy, recipients of the Presidential Scholarship, shared their experience and the secrets of receiving this prestigious award. They discussed strategies for preparing for subject Olympiads and emphasized the importance of strong discipline in studies. Their success proved that knowledge can help reach the highest peaks. Speakers who had successfully worked and gained experience in Germany focused on the advantages of foreign language proficiency. They provided valuable advice on the skills necessary to remain competitive in the global education and labor market. During the event, an active dialogue with the students was established. They sought answers to questions about the formula for success, personal transformation, and the influence of the surrounding environment. For the participants, the seminar became not only a source of information but also an interactive platform encouraging them to rethink their goals. Such close cooperation between the university and the school contributes to increasing students’ interest in science and knowledge and also provides significant support in choosing their future profession correctly.
