FINAL CONFERENCE ON THE RESEARCH PRACTICE OF PART-TIME MASTER’S STUDENTS HELD

On March 10, 2026, the final conference on the research practice of second-year part-time Master’s students of the program 550200 “Physics and Mathematics Education” (Mathematics profile) was held at the Institute of Continuing Education of the Scientific-Educational Production Complex “B. Osmonov Jalal-Abad State University.” The event was organized in an online format via the Zoom platform. The conference was moderated by M.N. Nurmatova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling and the person responsible for the organization of the practice. During the conference, the Master’s students presented detailed reports on the results of their research activities carried out during the practice period. The main points of the presentations were as follows: • O. Marufov presented the results of experimental work on the development of students’ independent thinking, supported by data from a survey of teachers. The main findings of the study were tested in two scientific articles and conference presentations at Osh State University and Jalal-Abad State University. • D. Ilyasova summarized the results of an experiment on the implementation of STEM technologies in the process of teaching algebra in the 8th grade. The results were presented at conferences at Osh State University and Jalal-Abad State University; currently, one article is in press and another is being prepared for publication. • B. Zhumanazarova is conducting research aimed at developing students’ functional literacy while studying the topic “Quadratic Equations.” The intermediate results were discussed at a conference at K.Sh. Toktomatov International University, and one scientific paper has been accepted for publication. • N. Rysdavletova, U. Samatova, and A. Keneshbekova delivered reports on the progress and specific features of their research devoted to current problems in the theory of differential equations. • A. Karimova and N. Bagyshbekova informed the participants about the completion of their latest scientific articles, which have already been accepted for publication and are currently being prepared for release. Other participants also shared the stages of their research work and their future plans. The conference served as an important platform for demonstrating the scientific potential of the Master’s students and for evaluating the effectiveness of their research activities. The results of the practice demonstrated the successful development of skills in writing scientific articles and conducting experimental research among the Master’s students.
