AN IMPORTANT STEP IN THE TRAINING OF TEACHING STAFF: COOPERATION WITH A BASE SCHOOL DISCUSSED

The Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling of the E. Umetov Pedagogical Institute at the Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov held an important meeting aimed at selecting Secondary School No. 18 “Manas-1000” in the city of Manas as a base school within the framework of integrating education with practice. During the meeting, Senior Lecturer M.N. Nurmatova presented in detail the plans to enhance the quality of training for future specialists in the “Mathematics” program, introduce modern pedagogical methods, and strengthen direct cooperation between the university and the school. Following discussions with the school principal, Elnura Dooronbekovna Kalbekova, and the teaching staff, agreements were reached on the following priority areas: • Strengthening students’ theoretical knowledge in real school settings, implementing elements of dual education directly in the workplace, and effectively organizing teaching practice placements; • Assisting in the modernization of the mathematics classroom in accordance with contemporary standards and equipping it with digital technologies; • Organizing joint activities to ensure high-quality preparation of students for the National Republic Testing (ORT) and subject Olympiads; • Establishing continuous exchange of experience through methodological seminars, training sessions, and open lessons for the school’s teachers. This cooperation will ensure the continuity of theory and practice in the preparation of future mathematics teachers and will contribute to improving the quality of education in the region.
