MANAGERIAL PRACTICE OF MASTER'S STUDENTS CONCLUDED

Master’s students of the 550200 “Physics and Mathematics Education” program (Mathematics profile, group Mms-1-25) of the Institute of Continuing Education at the Scientific-Educational and Production Complex “Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov” have successfully completed their managerial practice. According to the academic calendar for the 2025–2026 academic year, the practice was conducted from January 26 to February 7, 2026. Upon its completion, the master’s students submitted the required reports. In this regard, on February 16, a final online conference was organized by M.N. Nurmatova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling. The main purpose of the conference was to analyze the achievement of goals, objectives, and the “roadmap” during the practice period, as well as to review the master’s students’ reports on their managerial activities. During the conference, master’s students A. Maksutalieva, G. Zhanybek kyzy, U. Latibova, E. Kubanychbek kyzy, and E. Toktosunova presented information on the specific features of the management system, as well as the organizational and socio-economic characteristics of the educational institution. They also emphasized the use of modern educational technologies, conducted an in-depth analysis of indicators related to preparation for the National Scholarship Test and school Olympiads. Master’s student N. Toloshova shared the results of her experiment aimed at identifying current issues in cooperation with the parent committee and ways to address them. In turn, A. Maksutalieva presented her experience in implementing differentiated instruction technology. She demonstrated that, when teaching the topic “Mixed Numbers and Arithmetic Operations” in Grade 6, grouping students according to their level of preparation is the most effective method, ensuring active participation of every student in the learning process. At the end of the conference, the master’s students noted the extensive use of modern technologies in schools and emphasized that the practice had made a significant contribution to their professional development.
