JASU: CAREER GUIDANCE FOR GRADUATES – THE GUARANTEE OF QUALITY EDUCATION

The Pedagogical Institute named after E. Umetov of the Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov continues its proactive efforts in providing career guidance to school graduates. On February 6, 2026, the faculty members of the Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling met with students of the J. Turusbekov Secondary School No. 7 in the Suzak district. The meeting was attended by the Director of the Institute, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Z. Kalybekova; the Head of the Department M. Beknazarova; Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor A. Uraimkhalilova; and Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Senior Lecturer M. Nurmatova. Key highlights of the event: • Detailed information was provided on the future prospects and advantages of the 550200 “Physics and Mathematics Education” program; • The significant achievements of the program's graduates were highlighted, and information booklets were distributed; • Students were introduced to the department’s official website and its social media platforms. This career guidance event served as a logical follow-up to the motivational seminar initiated by the student intern. After the students developed a positive initial perspective toward JASU and the mathematics profile during the seminar, the information provided by the university faculty further heightened the graduates’ interest in pursuing modern science.
