IMPLEMENTATION OF WORK-BASED LEARNING

Work-based learning was implemented for second-year students of the 550200 “Physics and Mathematics Education” program (Mathematics profile) at the E. Umetov Pedagogical Institute of the Scientific-Educational-Production Complex “Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov.” In accordance with the curriculum for the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, students of the FMЕ(M)-1-24 group visited the Raatbek Sanatbaev Secondary School No. 9 in the city of Manas as part of the 'Methods of Teaching Physics and Mathematics (Mathematics)' course. During the visit: • Students attended mathematics and algebra classes, conducting direct observations of the instructional process. • Based on the instructions provided in the course workbooks, an analysis of the teaching methods employed by the teacher was conducted. • Students observed pupils' actions in calculating the values of mathematical expressions and identified challenges encountered during assignments, documenting their findings accordingly. This initiative enabled students to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application while gaining an in-depth understanding of their future profession.
