ORIENTATION CONFERENCE ON PROFESSIONAL-BASIC PRACTICE HELD

On January 30, 2026, an orientation conference was held at the Pedagogical Institute named after E. Umetov of the Scientific-Educational-Production Complex “Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov” for 3rd-year students of the Mathematics profile under the 550200 “Physics and Mathematics Education” program. According to the academic calendar for the 2025–2026 academic year, students of the FMЕ(M)-1-23 group will undergo their professional-basic practice from February 2 to March 7, 2026. The event organizer, Senior Lecturer of the Department M. Nurmatova, outlined the goals and objectives of the practice, providing detailed explanations on conducting activities in accordance with the “road map,” as well as guidelines for maintaining practice journals and evaluation criteria. Furthermore, the in-service training plan, to be implemented by the department's methodologists, was introduced, along with instructions on accessing and utilizing necessary documents from the “trainee’s corner.” The conference was attended by Assoc. Prof. Zh. B. Shamiev, PhD, Head of the Career Development and Production Practice Organization Department, and departmental practice supervisors. Zh. Shamiev encouraged students to maintain a responsible attitude during the practice period and provided methodological recommendations. The conference concluded with a question and answer session.
