RESULTS OF THE MANAGEMENT PRACTICE

The master's students of the Mms-1-24 group at the Institute of Continuing Education of Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov successfully completed their management practice in accordance with the academic schedule. A final conference was held to summarize the outcomes of the practice.

During the conference, the students presented reports and delivered presentations reflecting their activities in accordance with the developed Roadmap for the management practice.

Each master's student conducted an analysis of the management system of the educational institution where they completed their practice and shared their observations. Furthermore, key performance indicators of educational institutions were examined, including results of the national standardized testing, participation in Olympiads and the AKMO program, as well as involvement in competitions such as "Teacher of the Year." An analysis of charts and tables supported the discussion.

The students assessed the impact of the management practice on their professional development and mastery of the academic program, drawing relevant conclusions. The discussion was insightful and productive, and the conference successfully achieved its objectives.
