The Roadmap for Undergraduates Discussed

On December 25, 2024, the Department of Career Development and Organization of Industrial Practice at B. Osmonov Jalal-Abad State University organized and held a seminar with the participation of heads of master's degree programs and heads of practice.

The seminar discussed important aspects of undergraduate internship roadmaps. The participants emphasized the importance of supporting undergraduates in activities during various types of internships, including managerial, scientific, pedagogical, and research.

M.N. Nurmatova, a senior lecturer in the Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling at the Pedagogical Faculty named after E. Umetov, shared the roadmap and the diary for graduate students, which were completed on behalf of the head of the Department of CD and O of IP. She introduced the structure and content of these tools and noted that the roadmap can greatly facilitate the activities of undergraduates during their internships.

The seminar participants actively discussed each roadmap point and the graduate student's diary. The heads of master's degree programs and internships proposed creating a single diary that contains a roadmap for all types of practices, which would be convenient and accessible for undergraduates.
