Types of Skills Employers Look For on Resume

On May 23, for the 3rd year students of the College of Economics and Law, the head of industrial practice and Career at the college N.A. Ayilchieva, held a training on the topic ”skills necessary for graduates in the 21st century: the concept of 4 k".The purpose of the training is how to write a resume , soft and hard skills, and to develop of the 4K concept. During the training, N. A. Ayilchieva informed about the rules and requirements for preparing a resume, and the students wrote a resume in practice. Also she spoke about the types and differences between soft and hard skills, and she talked about the skills needed by humans in the 21st century: 4K concepts. She emphasized the need to form and develop high-level skills for employment and future success.
