The College of Economics and Law was established on December 28, 2022, based on Order No. 350 of the Rector of JASU named after B. Osmonov, with the purpose of training specialists in the following fields:

• Economics and Accounting

• Banking

• Taxation

• Finance

• Law

• Social Work

According to Order No. 2/1 dated January 9, 2023, Dr. Econ. Sci., Professor Aziza Baymamatovna Karbekova was appointed as the Director of the College of Economics and Law and served in this position until June 30, 2025.

Based on Order No. 254 of the Academic Council dated June 30, 2025, the Economic and Legal College was renamed as the College of Economics and Law.

By Order No. 324/1 dated July 14, 2025, Aynagul Akylbekovna Tashmatova was appointed Director of the College of Economics and Law.

Mission 

Implementation of vocational educational services of secondary vocational education training of competitive specialists meeting modern requirements of the labor market on a multi-level basis in the field of economics of social work and law for basic and additional educational programs.
