Meeting with Parents of First-Year Students Held at the College of Economics and Law

The College of Economics and Law held a meeting between the College Director, A.A. Tashmatova, and the parents of first-year students whose final grades for the 2025–2026 academic year had not been issued. The meeting was also attended by academic advisors and relevant college staff.

The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the reasons why some students had not received their final grades, review their class attendance, and identify joint measures to address existing issues and improve students' responsibility toward their studies.

During the meeting, participants discussed the reasons for frequent absences from classes, compliance with academic regulations, and students' responsibilities in the educational process. Parents were informed about the college's academic requirements and the importance of maintaining close cooperation between families and the college to support students' academic success.

College Director A.A. Tashmatova emphasized that students' academic achievements largely depend on effective cooperation between parents and the educational institution. She encouraged parents to pay closer attention to their children's attendance and academic progress and to work closely with academic advisors to resolve any difficulties in a timely manner.

At the conclusion of the meeting, parents received answers to their questions. It was agreed to strengthen cooperation between parents, academic advisors, and the college administration, as well as to maintain continuous monitoring of students' attendance and academic discipline to ensure the timely completion of their academic requirements and the assignment of final grades.
