Work-Based Learning and Introductory Visit to the Court

On June 23, 2026, first-year students of groups UTK-5-25 and UTK-8-25, majoring in “Jurisprudence” at the Economic and Law College of JASU named after B. Osmonov, participated in work-based learning and an introductory visit to the Manas City Court.

During the event, students became familiar with the structure and activities of the court. They took part as observers in civil and criminal court proceedings, which allowed them to see the practical application of theoretical knowledge and gain a better understanding of the judicial system.

In addition, the judge of the Manas City Court, A.B. Ahmatov, delivered a lecture for the students, providing detailed information about the work of the judiciary, the professional responsibilities of a judge, and the specifics of the legal profession. The meeting was held in a dialogue format, allowing students to ask questions and receive comprehensive answers.

It is especially worth noting that this event contributed to increasing students’ interest in their chosen field of study and strengthened their cognitive engagement. Direct participation in court proceedings and communication with the judge helped students gain a deeper understanding of the legal profession and broadened their perspective on their future careers.
