Seminar Held to Enhance Graduates’ Career Skills

The College of Economics and Law organized a seminar for graduating students entitled “Resume and CV Writing, Soft Skills Development, and the Use of Online Job Search Platforms.”

The seminar was conducted by N. A. Aiylchieva, Head of Industrial Practice and Career Services at the College. During the event, students were introduced to the key principles of preparing professional resumes and CVs that meet modern labor market requirements. They also received detailed information about the importance of soft skills highly valued by employers. In addition, participants learned practical approaches to using online job-search platforms and mobile applications.

The purpose of the seminar was to enhance graduates’ competitiveness in the labor market, expand their employment opportunities, and provide practical knowledge and skills for career planning.

As a result of the seminar, students gained a clear understanding of how to prepare effective resumes and CVs, as well as how to use digital job-search resources efficiently. They also strengthened their awareness of the importance of communication, teamwork, self-presentation, and time-management skills. The seminar served as a valuable platform for preparing graduates for successful professional careers.
