Student Ball “June Debut”

On the eve of the birthday of the great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin, the College of Economics and Law hosted the student ball “June Debut,” organized by Lunara Karim kyzy, the leader of the “Gramoteyka” club.

The event became the culmination of the club members’ creative work and a true celebration of Russian literature and culture of the 19th century. The guests immersed themselves in the atmosphere of Pushkin’s era through ballroom dances, literary games, poetry recitations, charades, and riddles, all of which attracted great interest from the participants.

Special attention was paid to the decoration of the hall. Floral arrangements, candles, lace napkins, gloves, and other decorative elements helped recreate the atmosphere of a 19th-century aristocratic salon. Thanks to the dress code, participants appeared in elegant outfits, making the event especially beautiful and memorable.

The ball became a bright event in the life of the college, allowing students to connect with cultural heritage, demonstrate their creativity, and feel like characters from works of the Pushkin era.

“June Debut” once again proved that classical literature can unite generations, inspire young people, and make learning engaging and enjoyable.
