Mentorship - Support for a Young Teacher

In the 2025-2026 academic year, according to the “Mentorship Regulations” of Osh State University, M.Zh. Asanova, a biology teacher of the General Education Department at the College of Economics and Law, was appointed as a mentor for the young chemistry teacher E. Kamchibekova.

As part of the mentoring activities, M.Zh. Asanova shared her experience in using modern and interactive teaching methods, provided methodological assistance in organizing laboratory work, applying digital technologies, and effectively interacting with students.
