For the students of group TMK-2-25 of the Tourism specialty at the College of Economics and Law, a field master class was organized by the group curator within the framework of a curatorial lesson titled “Guide Ethics and Guide Skills.” The event was held at Uzgen Tower and Uzgen Museum in cooperation with museum staff members.

The main purpose of the master class was to provide students with practical knowledge about the profession of a guide, develop a culture of proper communication with tourists, teach methods of presenting historical sites, and improve the professional skills of future specialists. Students also received detailed information about guide ethics, speech culture, rules of conduct, and methods of delivering information to tourists.

During the master class, students presented information about historical monuments and tested themselves as real tour guides. They delivered interesting presentations about museum exhibits and Uzgen Tower while performing the role of guides accompanying tourists. The practical lesson increased students’ interest in their future profession and created a valuable opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
