Workplace Learning as a Path to Professional Growth

On May 19, 2026, as part of the course “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship,” on-the-job training was conducted at the College of Economics and Law on the topic “Planning Income and Expenses.” Eliza Kadyrova, a lecturer of the Economics Subject-Cycle Commission, organized the event. Students from the groups BEC-2-23 and FC-2-3-23 participated in the training and became familiar with modern requirements and work processes in accounting.

Asiya Suerkulova, a specialist from the Accounting Department of the Manas City Department of Education, provided detailed information on income and expense planning, the structure of centralized accounting, its main functions, and the procedures for working with financial documents. Using real-life examples, she explained the specific features of accounting practices and answered the students’ questions.

During the on-the-job training, participants received useful information in the following areas:

  • the structure of centralized accounting and its role in government institutions;
  • the stages of the financial reporting process;
  • the specific features of accounting in budgetary organizations;
  • methods used to automate practical tasks.

The event provided students with an opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience and contributed to strengthening their professional training.
