Round Table Meeting with Employers Held

Teachers  of the Social Work Department of College of Economics and Law — Anarbay kyzy Aitbu, Nargiza Satymkulova, and Erlan Moldomirov — organized a round table meeting at the Suzak District Department of Labor, Social Protection and Migration regarding the educational program and graduate model of the Social Work specialty for the 2026–2027 academic year.

During the discussion, participants reviewed the content of the educational program, curriculum, subject content, course work programs, and students’ practical training. The graduate model was also discussed, with special attention given to the professional competencies required for future social work specialists.

Heads of all departments of the institution took part in the round table and shared their recommendations for the 2026–2027 academic year. They expressed opinions on strengthening practical skills, documentation management, client communication, professional ethics, and modern approaches in social work practice.

Such meetings help take employers’ recommendations into account during preparation for the new academic year and contribute to improving the quality of training for future social work specialists.
