Interview: Graduate Success as a Motivation for Future Students

An interview was organized with Maksatov Ilgiz, a graduate of the College of Economics and Law for the 2022–2023 academic year. Currently, Ilgiz works as an archivist at the Jalal-Abad Regional Department of the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the interview, he shared memories of his student years, discussed the beginning of his professional career, and his current work activities.

During the conversation, Ilgiz noted that the knowledge and practical experience he gained at the college played an important role in his professional development. He also emphasized that working in the legal field requires responsibility, accuracy, and continuous self-improvement.

He spoke about his duties as an archivist, including the storage, organization, and maintenance of court documents, and highlighted the specifics of working in a government institution. In addition, he encouraged students to always strive for knowledge, be active during internships, and love their profession.
