At the ELC, an off-site practical lesson was conducted within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals

An off-site practical lesson (workplace-based learning) on the topic “Default Proceedings and Default Judgment” was organized for the UTK 02-24 group of the Economics and Law College within the framework of SDG.

The event took place at the House of Justice in the city of Manas and was organized and conducted by instructor G.M. Sabiralieva. During the session, students received detailed information about the procedure of default proceedings in civil cases, their specific features, and the legal grounds for issuing a default judgment.

In addition, practical cases were reviewed, allowing students to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice. As a result of the lesson, the set objectives were successfully achieved, contributing to the improvement of students’ legal literacy.
