Mentorship as a Guarantee of Quality Education and Sustainable Development

At the College of Economics and Law, professional development is a well-structured and continuously supported process, as demonstrated by the collaborative work of А.А.Ташматова and З.Амиракулова. Based on a monthly professional development plan, they set clear goals, analyze achievements at each stage, and jointly address emerging challenges. This approach enables Z. Amirkulova to strengthen her competencies while systematically improving weaker areas. Continuous feedback and practical support from the mentor play a key role in building professional confidence and developing high-level teaching skills.

Additionally, student Казыбеков К. from group BEC-2-24, studying “History of Kyrgyzstan” under the guidance of З.Амиракулова, successfully participated in the Olympiad-2026 and achieved 2nd place.

This achievement reflects the effectiveness of the lecturer’s targeted efforts, well-organized educational process, and overall teaching performance. Such outcomes contribute not only to the lecturer’s professional growth but also enhance students’ motivation and help unlock their potential.

Furthermore, this activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations. In particular, it supports Goal 4 — Quality Education, Goal 8 — Decent Work and Skill Development, and Goal 17 — Partnerships for achieving shared objectives through mentorship and collaboration.
