On-the-job training during practice on social support in crises

The Economics and Law College, the SCC of the Social Work department, during the educational and familiarization practice and according to the on-the-job training plan, lecturer of the SCC of the Social Work Moldomirov Erlan Taalaibekovich conducted training for 2nd-year students at the Manas City Social Fund Department on the topic “Providing support in difficult and conflict situations.”

During the session, methods of social support in crisis situations and ways of resolving conflicts were discussed. Real-life examples were also presented to the students. Practical tasks encouraged active participation.

Objective – to introduce students to methods of social support in crisis situations and develop practical skills.

As a result, students gained important practical knowledge, improved their professional readiness, and developed initial skills in analyzing and resolving conflict situations.
