Workplace Training: An Effective Way to Build Responsibility in the Financial Sector

   Within the framework of implementing the “Quality Education” principle and the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, workplace training continues at the College of Economics and Law of Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov.

Lecturers of the “Finance (by sectors)” specialty of the Economics department, B. Kurstanbekova and Z. Irkeeva, organized workplace training for students at the branch of OJSC “Eldik Bank” in the city of Manas.

During the event, the branch director, Ibraimov Temirbek Ibraimovich, delivered a presentation on the topic “Consequences of Errors and Administrative Responsibility,” covering the following key issues:— types of financial and accounting errors and their consequences;— financial losses resulting from improper accounting practices;— cases leading to administrative liability and their legal basis;— the importance of accurate performance of job responsibilities;— ways to prevent errors, strengthen internal control, and optimize work processes.

   In addition, students gained valuable insights into daily banking operations, proper documentation of financial records, customer service culture, and professional ethics. Practical examples helped improve understanding and increased student engagement.
