Methodological Support – a Key Tool for Enhancing Students’ Practical Training

  In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, teachers of the Economics Department of the College of Economics and Law at the scientific, educational and industrial complex of Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov, E. Kadyrova and A. Kalmurzaeva, provided continuous methodological support to students undergoing state internships in institutions and organizations in the city of Manas.

    During the support process, in accordance with the roadmap of the working program, explanatory activities were carried out in the following areas:

- students were provided with detailed information about the objectives, tasks, and expected outcomes of the internship;

- methodological guidelines were given on how to properly complete diaries and reporting documents;

- advice was provided on planning and step-by-step implementation of tasks within the organization;

- issues related to соблюдение внутреннего распорядка, workplace ethics, and responsibility were explained;

- guidance was given on analyzing the collected practical data and drawing conclusions.

Such methodological support helps to properly organize students’ practical activities, reinforces their acquired knowledge, and contributes to the development of professional skills. It also enhances students’ ability to work independently and positively influences their professional development.
