For Sustainable Development Goals: “Volleyball-2026” — Girls’ Strength, Health, and Equality

On April 18, 2026, the College of Economics and Law hosted the “Volleyball-2026” girls’ sports competition. The event was not just a game, but a socially significant and educational initiative. It aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle among youth and to advance gender equality.

At the opening ceremony, the college director,  A. A. Tashmatova delivered a speech, congratulating participants on the spring sports celebration. She emphasized the important role of sports in young people’s lives and highlighted the connection between such events and global development goals. The competition was organized within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals proposed by the United Nations, focusing on health promotion, quality education, and gender equality. A total of 8 teams actively participated in the event.

The competition concluded successfully at a high level, identifying the best teams and players, who were awarded cups, medals, and diplomas. The event clearly demonstrated unity, agility, and determination among the female students. It also contributed significantly to enhancing girls’ social engagement and leadership skills.
