Round Table Discussion Held to Mark April 7 – Day of the People’s Revolution

April 7 is one of the most significant dates in the history of Kyrgyzstan. It symbolizes the people’s aspiration for justice, freedom, and democratic values. On this occasion, a round table discussion was organized in the economics and law college together with the students of group BEK-3-25. The main objective of the event was to raise students’ awareness of the historical significance of the April 2010 events and to foster civic responsibility and patriotism. During the round table, participants discussed the socio-political situation of that period, as well as the causes and consequences of the revolution. Students actively shared their opinions, analyzed historical facts, and expressed their viewpoints. Special attention was given to honoring the memory of those who lost their lives during the April events. Their courage and contribution to the country’s future were highly appreciated. The discussion was held in an interactive format, encouraging active participation and lively discussion among students. Teachers guided the discussion and emphasized the relevance of the topic.

In conclusion, it was noted that such events play an important role in developing students’ civic awareness and increasing their interest in the history of their country.
