A Round Table Was Held at the College of Economics and Law

A round table discussion on the topic “State Anti-Corruption Policy” was organized at the College of Economics and Law. The event was conducted by college lecturer Z. Amiraakulova and was attended by students of groups FKC-2-25 and FKC-3-25, as well as the teaching staff.

         The main purpose of the round table was to explain to students the significance of state anti-corruption policy, its prevention mechanisms, legal foundations, and its role in society.    During the event, participants were introduced to the legislative framework for combating corruption in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as state strategic programs.

      Issues of liability for corruption-related offenses and the corresponding legal penalties were also discussed.

      Within the discussion format, students actively participated, asked questions, analyzed various case studies, and expressed their suggestions. This contributed to improving their legal literacy and forming a strong civic position.

In conclusion, participants noted that combating corruption is the responsibility of every citizen and emphasized the importance of regularly holding such events.
